It would seem that IT specialists in Ukraine are doing quite well — they have salaries that are on par with European ones and taxes that are by no means European. The most expensive specialists, who are rapidly leaving Ukraine, are IT professionals. This includes not only programmers, but also testers, device developers, and even system administrators.
