  1. Goal: to improve the methodological and practical levels of information-digital competence of pedagogical staff regarding the use of digital technologies in the educational process, particularly in the context of distance learning.
  2. Direction: information-communication competence; use of information-communication and digital technologies in the educational process, including e-learning, information and cyber security.
  3. Target audience: pedagogical staff of educational institutions of various types and forms of ownership.
  4. Volume (duration of training): 2 credits of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS, one ECTS credit equals 30 hours).

The content of the standard educational program takes into account the specifics of the professional activity of pedagogical staff in the context of implementing distance learning and is determined by: the requirements of the knowledge society for providing educational institutions with highly qualified specialists; the main directions of state policy in the field of education; the National Qualifications Framework, educational standards, requirements for the competencies of pedagogical staff; requests from customers of educational services and the structure of the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp).

The content of the program has a practical orientation and covers: substantive, practical (practice-oriented), and resource (methodological) components of professional development for pedagogical staff.

general: ability to use modern information technologies for effective communicative interaction with participants in the educational process; ability to navigate the information space, obtain information, and operate with it according to one's own needs and the requirements of the modern high-tech information society; ability for productive professional activity based on developed pedagogical reflection in accordance with leading value-worldview orientations; knowledge and understanding of modern trends in the development of the educational process;

professional: ability to establish the distance learning process through the use of modern information technologies; ability to use open resources; ability to apply acquired knowledge in professional activities; proficiency in modern information and web technologies; awareness of the latest tools for organizing effective digital interaction with all participants in the educational process; ability to activate the potential of an individual's digital intelligence in the context of education reform, knowledge and understanding of algorithms for working with modern digital applications; ability to implement innovative teacher activities using digital applications.

A certificate is issued in electronic form in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 21, 2019, No. 800 "Some issues of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff" and publication in the online register of issued certificates on the website of the Ukrainian Association of Information Technology Professionals.
