  1. Goal: to improve the methodological and practical levels of information-digital competence of pedagogical staff regarding the use of digital technologies in the educational process, particularly in the context of blended learning.
  2. Direction: information-communication competence; use of information-communication and digital technologies in the educational process, including e-learning, information and cybersecurity.
  3. Target audience: pedagogical staff of educational institutions of various types and forms of ownership.

The content of the standard educational program takes into account the specifics of the professional activity of pedagogical staff in the context of implementing blended learning and is determined by: the requirements of the knowledge society for providing educational institutions with highly qualified specialists; the main directions of state policy in the field of education; the National Qualifications Framework, educational standards, requirements for the competencies of pedagogical staff; requests from customers of educational services and the structure of the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp).

The content of the program has a practical focus and covers: theoretical, practical (practice-oriented), and resource (methodological) components of professional development for pedagogical staff.

  • online lectures and master classes (participation via the Zoom platform)
  • discussions and polls (participation via the Zoom platform)

professional: the ability to establish a blended learning process through the use of modern information technologies; the ability to use open resources; the ability to apply acquired knowledge in professional activities; proficiency in modern information and web technologies; awareness of the latest tools for organizing effective digital interaction with all participants in the educational process; knowledge and understanding of algorithms for working with modern digital technologies.
