4. Goal: to improve the methodological and practical levels of information-digital competence of pedagogical staff regarding the use of digital technologies in the educational process, particularly in the context of blended learning.
5. Direction: information-communication competence; use of information-communication and digital technologies in the educational process, including e-learning, information and cybersecurity.
6. Target audience: pedagogical staff of educational institutions of various types and forms of ownership.
7. Volume (duration of training): 30 hours (1 ECTS credit).

9. Content

The content of the standard educational program takes into account the specifics of the professional activity of pedagogical staff in the context of implementing blended learning and is determined by: the requirements of the knowledge society for providing educational institutions with highly qualified specialists; the main directions of state policy in the field of education; the National Qualifications Framework, educational standards, requirements for the competencies of pedagogical staff; requests from customers of educational services and the structure of the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp).

The content of the program has a practical focus and covers: theoretical, practical (practice-oriented), and resource (methodological) components of professional development for pedagogical staff.

The program includes the following types of work:

• online lectures and master classes (participation via the Zoom platform)
• discussions and polls (participation via the Zoom platform)
• completion of independent work assignments (interaction on the Google Classroom platform)
• final testing

Independent work will include the following types of activities:

• processing additional material and a list of resources
• completing a practical task using new knowledge and skills, adapted to one's subject

10. Program results

• knowledge and understanding of modern trends in education development;
• knowledge and understanding of the algorithm for organizing collaboration in a blended learning environment;
• knowledge and understanding of algorithms for working with modern digital applications to create digital educational content

11. List of competencies to be improved/acquired

general: the ability to use modern information technologies for effective communicative interaction with participants in the educational process; the ability to navigate the information space, obtain information, and operate with it in accordance with one's own needs and the requirements of the modern high-tech information society; knowledge and understanding of modern trends in the development of the educational process;

professional: the ability to establish a blended learning process through the use of modern information technologies; the ability to use open resources; the ability to apply acquired knowledge in professional activities; proficiency in modern information and web technologies; awareness of the latest tools for organizing effective digital interaction with all participants in the educational process; knowledge and understanding of algorithms for working with modern digital technologies.

12. Document on learning outcomes

A certificate is issued in electronic form in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 21, 2019, No. 800 "Some Issues of Professional Development for Pedagogical and Scientific-Pedagogical Staff" and published in the online register of issued certificates on the website of the Ukrainian Association of Information Technology Professionals.
