On July 12, 2017, a meeting was held between participants of the international educational project Erasmus+ KA2 "GameHub: University-Enterprises Cooperation in Game Industry in Ukraine" and the Deputy Director of the Kherson Regional Employment Center, Liudmyla Anatoliivna Barabash, and the Head of the Vocational Training Organization Department, Liudmyla Mykolaivna Shorskina.
The main goal of the "GameHub" project is to provide students, the unemployed, and ATO veterans in Ukraine with knowledge and skills in the field of computer game design and development, as well as to increase their opportunities for employment and self-realization in the game development industry.
During the meeting, representatives of the Kherson Regional Employment Center and "GameHub" project participants, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Volodymyr Hryhorovych Sherstiuk and Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Olena Mykolaivna Liashenko, discussed the main tasks of the project, as well as key issues regarding the organization of training for the unemployed and ATO veterans in computer game design, layout, and development.
The meeting took place in a format of constructive dialogue, as a result of which those present received well-founded answers to all the questions they were interested in.
