On April 24-25, O. Chaikovska and M. Tolmach took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Information Technologies in Culture, Art, Education, Science, Economics, and Business," which was held at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts at the initiative of the Faculty of PR, Journalism and Information Policy, the university's scientific library, and the International Relations Department.

A welcoming speech was delivered to the conference participants by a member of the Program Committee, Arturas Mickus, Associate Professor, PhD, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Informatics at Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas, Lithuania. "The international scientific and practical conference of the University of Culture is an important platform for discussions and the exchange of ideas, as well as for discussing the prospects for the development of information technologies and their impact on society, education, and the economy, fostering cooperation between scientists and specialists from different fields and countries," noted Mr. Arturas, who once again expressed words of support for the Ukrainian people during these difficult times for the country, ending his speech with the words "Glory to Ukraine."

On behalf of the organizing committee, participants were welcomed by Valerii Kushnarov, Candidate of Culturology, Professor, and Dean of the Faculty of PR, Journalism and Information Policy at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. "The purpose of the conference is to discuss the prospects for the development and application of information technologies and systems in the socio-cultural sphere, education, culture, and the economy. We have never stopped holding conferences, neither during the pandemic nor during martial law," noted Valerii Kushnarov, Dean of the Faculty of PR, Journalism and Information Policy, in his welcoming address. Mr. Valerii also congratulated those present on International Girls in ICT Day. The Ukrainian Association of IT Professionals also annually joins the initiative of the International Telecommunication Union, aimed at creating a global environment that empowers girls and young women, encouraging them to choose careers in the ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) and STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) fields.

Plenary reports were presented by Vasyl Oryshchuk, AI and digital skills trainer, PhD in Public Management and Administration, member of the Steering Council of the Union of Young Civil Servants of Ukraine, and researcher at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, with a report on "The Role of Artificial Intelligence in the Sphere of Cultural Heritage."

Oleksandra Alkhimovych, co-founder and managing partner of APT (abilities. proficiency. talents), a Ukrainian agency for human capital investment, lecturer and researcher at the Lviv Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University, with a report on "Transformational Leadership on the Path to Sustainable Development."
