The discussion was rich and productive, inspiring participants to engage in lengthy debates and, as it turned out, further cooperation. Sharing their thoughts, the experts concluded that creative industries are one of the main directions for economic growth and innovative development of the country. Among other traditional sectors of the economy, they create intangible assets with high added value and provide one of the highest multipliers. The contribution of creative industries to the Ukrainian economy is growing rapidly; in 2019, the share of CI in the country's GDP was 3.95%. In total, the CI sector accounted for 3.6% of employment, and compared to 2013, the growth was 40%. It is the creative industries that are capable of generating significant export revenues and serve as an image tool for attracting foreign investment to Ukraine.
