On July 13, 2017, a roundtable meeting on the development of partnerships in the "University – IT Enterprise" format was held at the "Wezom System Internet Solutions Agency," initiated by the Department of Information Technologies of Kherson National Technical University.
The event was attended by lecturers and students of the Department of Information Technologies, as well as software development specialists from the "Wezom System Internet Solutions Agency" – one of the largest companies in the CIS region, which also operates in the markets of Europe and the USA and specializes in the development of websites and mobile applications.
At the beginning of the event, the director of the "Wezom" company, Serhii Trushyn, delivered a welcoming speech. He spoke about open vacancies in the IT sector and web design, requirements for potential employees, and professional development courses for IT specialists conducted by "Wezom" company experts.
The next speaker was Professor of the Department of Information Technologies Volodymyr Sherstiuk, who spoke about the international "GameHub" project, in which the department's lecturers are participants, and about a new specialization in computer game development, which will be opened at the Department of Information Technologies as part of the implementation of the "GameHub" international project.
Following this, graduates of Kherson National Technical University who currently work at the "Wezom System Internet Solutions Agency" shared their work experience with 2nd-year students of the "Software Engineering" specialty and told them what knowledge and skills are required to work at the "Wezom" company.

After that, everyone interested had the opportunity to talk with the management and specialists of the "Wezom" company and ask questions that interested them.
At the end, the participants of the event noted the importance of developing partnerships between the university and the "Wezom" company, the main direction of which should be improving the quality of training for IT specialists according to the company's requirements.
