From November 23 to 25, 2016, a coordination meeting and evaluation of the "GameHub" project took place at the Odessa National Polytechnic University.
Working groups from all Ukrainian partner universities of the project took part in this event.
During the event, the participants presented the concepts of gaming laboratories being created by the Ukrainian partner universities as part of the project implementation and discussed the strategy for further project execution.
In addition, an external evaluation of the project was conducted during the event, the essence of which is to analyze information about activities within the project in order to monitor the progress of its implementation, the results obtained, and the prospects for their further use.

The conclusions of the external evaluation are positive. Evaluator N. Danko noted that all Ukrainian partners clearly understand their roles, functions, and responsibilities and demonstrate high responsibility for the results of the project implementation. The consortium partners have good working relationships with the IT community and industry enterprises.
