The “Use Case StoryTelling Interactive Animation in SoftWare Requirements” competition began on June 10 during classes for the “Professional Practice of Software Engineering” course, where 13 student teams presented their work.

Throughout the semester, each team took the following steps in defining requirements for future software products: a business idea to meet information needs in various areas of human activity; software product use cases; a script for a promotional video for using the software product (Storytelling); creation of an animated film as a class of software actors and methods of their behavior in scenes using object-oriented visual programming and 3D animation tools (http://alice.org); creation of interactivity in animation to simulate random consumers / intentional errors or software product errors. IMG_3266The final round took place in two stages separately for console and graphical programs:

– Presentation of educational game prototypes for Assembler;

– Testing as a process in which the authors and their devices provide an opportunity for everyone who wants to play the game to evaluate the game's criteria, learning benefits, and express their thoughts and comments using a questionnaire.

2) motivating students to use game elements during the educational process in the assembly language.
