Members of the NGO "Ukrainian Association of IT Professionals" took part in the second interim meeting on the management of the international Erasmus+ DigiUni project, which took place on February 11–13 in Germany at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU).
The purpose of the meeting was to coordinate further actions, evaluate interim results, and define key directions for the project's development.
The meeting was opened by the DigiUni coordinator, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work (International Cooperation) of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kseniia Smyrnova. She presented an overview of the completed tasks, outlined achievements, and defined the vectors for future work.
Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Mykhailo Vynnytskyi addressed the participants, emphasizing that DigiUni is a project of national importance. He highlighted the importance of integrating the project's developments into the national digital infrastructure and their use by Ukrainian universities.
On behalf of the host university, the participants were welcomed by the Vice-President of FAU, Professor Dr. Kathrin Möslein, who emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation between Ukrainian and European universities in the context of building a common educational space.
The first two days were devoted to familiarization with international practices, strategic issues of implementing DigiUni project work packages, and applied aspects of project implementation in the context of executing work packages.
On the first day, Hanifi Senlik from the University of Strasbourg presented the case of the EPICUR alliance and shared experience in project management using the lump-sum model, which is aimed at simplifying administrative procedures and increasing management efficiency.

The second day focused on the operational implementation of the project and coordination between teams.
Tetiana Serhieieva (NTU "KhPI") presented progress on content development for DigiPlatform (WP4) and outlined the next stages of its population. Iryna Zolotaryova (Simon Kuznets KhNUE) spoke about preparations for the pilot implementation (WP5) and the interconnections between different work packages. Ruth Mühling-Falke (University of Cologne) highlighted approaches to quality assurance (WP6), in particular assessment tools and cross-coaching mechanisms. Alla Tsapiv (Kherson State University) presented strategies for communication and increasing the project's visibility (WP7), focusing on the international dimension.
After the thematic sessions, a meeting of the Coordination Committee was held under the leadership of Kseniia Smyrnova, where partners agreed on the schedule of upcoming activities and key management decisions.
The final day was devoted to bilateral consultations within the framework of work packages, which allowed for detailing tasks, clarifying expected results, and coordinating inter-institutional interaction.
In the final part of the meeting, the partners determined the priorities for the next stage and summarized the achievements.
