About the project

We want every Ukrainian to live comfortably in the country. To be competitive in the labor market. To improve themselves every day. To solve personal needs. To this end, we provide free access to digital literacy training for every citizen. You will be able to effectively and safely use modern digital technologies in work and study, in professional and personal development.

About the methodology

When developing the courses, we relied on pan-European standards for teaching and assessing digital competence. In particular, the basic digital literacy course is based on the DigComp Digital Competence Framework for Citizens. The digital literacy course for teachers is based on the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators (DigCompEdu).
