When developing the courses, we relied on pan-European standards for teaching and assessing digital competence. In particular, the basic digital literacy course is based on the DigComp Digital Competence Framework for Citizens. The digital literacy course for teachers is based on the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators (DigCompEdu).
Educational series on digital literacy were developed by the EdEra online education studio with the support of the following companies: Google Ukraine, Microsoft Ukraine, DTEK Academy, UNDP Innovation Development Lab in Ukraine, CISCO, CFC Consulting, Osvitoria, Global Teacher Prize.
Technical support for the filming process was provided by Huawei Ukraine and the MOYO company. Communication assistance was provided by Quadrate 28. The online platform was developed by Vintage Web Production. Project partners: Ukrainian Library Association, All-Ukrainian Association of Active Longevity "IT-Grandmas", U-LEAD with Europe.
The first sociological study of citizens' digital skills in the history of Ukraine was conducted by MLS Group.
