
On January 23-24, 2025, a representative of the Ukrainian IT Association, Maryna Tolmach, took part in the work of the DigiUni consortium technical group. The meeting took place at the Sheptytsky Center of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) in Lviv and was dedicated to discussing the development of DigiPlatform – a transformative digital learning environment aimed at uniting and expanding educational opportunities across partner universities. As a key advisory body to the Board and the Coordination Committee, the technical group plays a vital role in shaping the design and functionality of the platform.
Representatives of all ten partner universities from Ukraine, as well as delegates from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, also actively participated in the meeting. Their involvement underscored a shared commitment to the development of digital education and ensuring the platform's alignment with national priorities and quality standards.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and cooperation, where universities worked as a consortium, demonstrating a commitment to achieving project goals and developing innovative solutions. Key outcomes of the work include the following:
DigiPlatform is intended to function as a unified system that will seamlessly connect existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) within the consortium.
This meeting fostered consortium collaboration, where universities demonstrated strong teamwork and a drive to achieve meaningful results. The Association expresses its gratitude to all participants for their hard work and expertise in shaping the future of digital education.
