On October 28, a series of workshops for schoolchildren of Odessa on the use of software donated in Bilbao took place at the Odessa National Polytechnic University:

1) MakeWorld (https://makeworld.eu) for learning the basics of STEAM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) and computational thinking (speakers Viktoriia Ruvinska and Oleksandr Blazhko);

2) WiMi5 (http://wimi5.com) for visual construction of Web 2D games and generation of program code in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript with saving to the Chrome Web Store and the possibility of further game monetization (speaker Viktor Antoniuk).

odessa_5 For several hours, 8th-9th grade students, using MakeWorld with a Ukrainian interface, created simple algorithms for solving tasks for small characters from matrix worlds and translated the worlds' messages into Ukrainian.
In the NetCracker company laboratory, 10th-11th grade students mastered WiMi5 by creating a small game about controlling a spaceship, using a surprisingly convenient interface, which one of the computer science teachers enthusiastically commented on: "We have been looking for something like this for a whole year, we have tried many constructors... and here it is – the long-awaited prize!"
