The relevance of the Forum is driven by the rapid pace of AI implementation in key areas of life, which is significantly changing the labor market, science, and social processes. At the same time, the active adoption of AI poses a number of challenges to society, including ethical, legal, and social ones. Among them are bridging the digital divide, adapting the labor market to automation, issues of algorithm transparency, disinformation, data security, technological competition, and the impact on education, learning, culture, and mental health. Under these conditions, it is critically important to raise awareness about the opportunities, challenges, and ethical aspects of using AI and to understand how to safely integrate these technologies into everyday life.

The speakers addressed the following issues:

  • general trends of digital transformation in all spheres of public life, including education, business, IT, and culture;
  • algorithms for implementing AI in educational institutions – based on ITC-ILO materials;
  • educational trends: digital transformation, personalized learning, the role and impact of GenAI, and the use of AI assistants;
  • modeling complex systems using artificial intelligence and neuro-fuzzy technologies;
  • ethical aspects of AI usage;
  • digital leadership in the public sector and how AI is transforming public administration;
  • specifics of using artificial intelligence in the financial sector: the crypto industry and new forms of investment.

We thank the speakers for their insightful and interesting presentations and for the practical advice provided on useful tools in the field of artificial intelligence. We are deeply convinced that through joint efforts, Ukrainian society will be able to prepare for rapid technological development and ensure a digital breakthrough for Ukraine. Artificial intelligence has the potential to positively transform the world, and Ukraine has significant potential to take a leading position in this field.
